I am happy to be a part of the monthly Peanut Butter Bash which is a group of foodie bloggers who share recipes using peanut butter and an ingredient of the month. Some months the “special ingredient” is easier for me than others. May 2015’s ingredient – bacon – was tough. January 2015’s ingredient – oatmeal – was super easy. I love being a part of this group. It encourages me to try something new. Being Gluten Free and doing the PB Bash adds to the fun.
